Defective Product

As part of our quality standard at Etera Foods, our products undergo intense analysis before leaving our facility in Portland, OR. However, in the event that you receive a damaged product, please immediately contact customer service at +1 (855) 555-5435 or by emailing hello@eterafoods.com and we will be happy to help assist you. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless they are the result of an issue by Etera.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product you purchased from our website, www.theafterbar.com, please contact our customer service team at +1 (855) 555-5435 or by emailing hello@eterafoods.com and we will discuss possible options with you.

Please note that ALL returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date and accompanied by your proof of purchase. Reminder: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Please check your order carefully before you submit.

Once you submit your order online, it immediately enters our warehouse processing system. Therefore, we cannot guarantee requests for changes or cancellations once your order has been placed. Shipping

For orders of $40 or more delivering within the Continental U.S., we do not charge for shipping. For orders under $40 or shipping outside of the Continental U.S., shipping fees are calculated based on location and delivery times, by a third-party shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). At this time, we are only able to ship to the 50 U.S. States.

Upon receipt of your order, we strive to ship your product within two (2) business days from our warehouse located in Bensenville, IL 13603. 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. In order to receive your tracking number and other shipping updates, you must provide your email address during the checkout process. 

Etera Foods, LLC. and its brands have the right to alter this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Additionally, Etera Foods reserves the right to reject orders for any reason on a case-by-case basis. 

Note: Due to the individual state laws governing CBD sales, we are unable to ship The After Bar to the following states:

  • Idaho
  • Iowa
  • Maine
  • Nebraska
  • North Carolina
  • North Dakota
  • Ohio

Subscriptions

You may sign up for a recurring subscription for any multi-bar box. Your first order will be charged to your payment method, followed by recurring monthly charges as agreed to by you.

When you register for a recurring subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that (a) Company (or our third-party payment processor) is authorized to charge you on a recurring basis for your subscription (in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges) for as long as your subscription continues, and (b) your subscription is continuous until you cancel it or we suspend or stop providing access to the site or products in accordance with these terms.
 
To cancel your subscription at any time, you may (i) log on to your account and follow the cancellation procedures there, (ii) send us a message at hello@eterafoods.com and we will do it for you, (iii) Call +1 (855) 855-5435 and talk to one of our associates who can help you cancel, or (iv) send a cancellation request with your information to: The After Bar, PO box 5291, Beverly Hills, CA 90209. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. If your subscription is cancelled for either of these reasons prior to your monthly renewal date you will not be charged for that month’s shipment. If your subscription is cancelled on or after your monthly renewal date you will not receive a refund for that month but will no longer be charged following your cancellation.
